Position Overview:
For our Transformation Services, we are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Consultant who will lead strategic initiatives to analyze, optimize, and digitalize business processes. This role requires a proven track record in digital transformation, process excellence, and project management methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• Support the identification of process improvement and digital transformation opportunities through basic process analysis and data collection.• Assist in documenting processes (process maps, standard operating procedures) under guidance.• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using the foundational Lean Six Sigma principles.• Collaborate on improvement projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) within cross-functional teams.• Help develop and integrate Low-Code solutions (Power Apps, Mendix), Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), and automation technologies (RPA/RDA).• Coordinate process optimization workshops alongside senior consultants and team leaders.• Contribute to defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within assigned teams and areas.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.• 1–2 years of experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or technology implementation (internships or entry-level roles included).• Basic understanding of agile project management methodologies.• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is a plus.• Introductory knowledge of process modeling techniques (BPMN, SIPOC).• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Good communication and teamwork abilities.• Experience in multicultural or international environments is desirable.• Proactive learner with a growth mindset.• Adaptable to change and collaborative in diverse teams.• Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.• Curious about innovation and digital transformation.
