The Business Enablement Coordinator within the ICS Spain Business Enablement Team is a critical role supporting the ICS Spain organization by contributing to the overall business, governance, and strategic development. 

How will you make an impact in this role?

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the ICS Spain Team and will have the opportunity to deliver on a wide range of processes and projects to help ensure the business objectives of the market are attained by providing strategic, analytical, and executive support.

The role will also entail significant relationship management and broad networking with key stakeholders across teams and is ideal for someone with the ability to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously and establish collaborative partnerships across the organization.

ICS Spain is looking for a Business Enablement Coordinator to deliver on a variety of Business Enablement initiatives and projects with special focus on Insurances. The Business Enablement Coordinator will deliver on:

Project Management for Projects based in two pillars: FEE insurances & NAC coverages. Manage Governance for simplification projects (Insurance carrier terminations). Data analysis, trend, and reporting. Direct contact with Insurance carriers and partners. Communications review and quality process. Governance: PRSA’s, Gates, Compliance testing. Assist customer services (escalations, claims, etc.). Formal complaints supervision and manage with LOB collaboration. Deliver on a variety of Control Management initiatives such as Operational Risk Events, TLMs and others and manage projects and processes if and when the team and priorities are required.

Minimum Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Amex products and processes as well as industry knowledge Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Team player, exceptional interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills to build momentum with a range of internal and external partners. Highly motivated self-starter able to lead projects and tasks with limited guidance. Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Superior organization and planning skills. Capable of high levels of output with an optimistic `Growth mindset` attitude. High level of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Previous experience working at American Express International Card Services Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are a plus. Fluid using Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of Globestar, MYSU, Griffin (internal tools) is a plus.
