Manpower is currently hiring internally for a Business Development Manager for our growing territory in Syracuse NY. 

 

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Syracuse NY (Remote) Travel within territory will be required for meetings

Pay Range: $52,500 -  $87,500

 

What’s the Job?

The Business Development Manager is responsible for selling Manpower services to clients, focused on new business development (securing new client logos). Present value proposition and educate potential clients on talent strategy via the Manpower story with temporary staffing and permanent placement
focused on clerical, light industrial or Manufactuing verticals.

Results & Strategy:
Secure new business with SMB and mid-market clients in the assigned territory. Develop and execute against territory plan to capitalize on market/industry opportunity. 

Client & Candidate:
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to transition to the branch manager and delivery team. Partner with individual or multiple markets to solution for the client and ensure successful implementation

REQUIRED

Sales: 2+ years selling a solution in a service industry Proven performance in a competitive/Entrepreneural pursuits High School diploma or GED
