As a Business Development Specialist – Foodservice Beverage, you will lead beverage application and business development efforts across the Western US. This role focuses on expanding Kerry’s customized and branded beverage solutions within top chain accounts, driving strategic growth and customer satisfaction. This is a remote role with 50% travel.
Key responsibilities Manage and grow beverage business with assigned customers across the Western US. Defend and expand existing customized and branded beverage programs. Develop new profitable business by identifying value-added solutions for customer menus. Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of assigned chain accounts. Lead customer opportunities and coordinate internal resources to win business. Promote Kerry’s capabilities and technologies within the foodservice community. Analyze market trends and manage a robust opportunity pipeline. Execute strategic plans leveraging Kerry’s technologies and insights. Qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Minimum 5 years working with Top 100 Chain Customers in beverage application/menu development. Strong knowledge of beverage applications and menu development. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player. Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.The typical hiring range for this role is $75,602.00 to $123,432.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
