What you'll do...
•Our Marketing, Sales & Service organization advances the Ford reputation as a visionary vehicle and mobility services company and helps deliver a trusted customer experience. •Use your marketing, sales, and service expertise to turn data-driven insights into innovative solutions that enhance sales and customer loyalty. Join us and be the eyes, ears, and voice of Ford.
•Serve as a resource for the Seattle Regional Ownership Manager, regarding all Fixed Operations and Customer Experience-related issues.
•Responsible for leading the development and execution of business plan strategies to improve Retail Parts sales, BBT penetration, Service Brand NPS, Technician Count, RO Duration (uptime) and Accessories.
As an Ownership BDS, you will support the following:
•Support Seattle Region to achieve successful execution of Fixed Operations & CX Business Plan strategic objectives
Support:
-Assist the Ownership Manager in creating, tracking and implementation of Balance Scorecard objectives Parts Sales, Service Performance, Ford Protect penetration, Accessories sales, and Ford Pro Elite.
-Service Capacity and Throughput – Same Day Repair
-Technician Recruiting and Retention
-Recall Acceleration
-Service NPS Support
-Remote Experiences (Mobile Service & PDL)
-Enrollment & Launch of Reservation+ program
-Retail Part Sales
-BBT, Service Lane Selling
-Ford Pro CVC and Service Elite Support
-Model e Parts and Service Growth – Service Assessment Sustainment
-Vin Visits / Service Share
-Service Leads / Predicted Repair Intelligence
-Ford Protect / Accessories – Support
-Bulk Oil Lead
-Sales Event Execution
-Track performance on Balanced Scorecard (BSC) metrics and provide insight into where further attention is needed.
You'll have...
•Bachelor’s Degree in:
Applicable bachelor’s degrees include:
• Business related (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, Hospitality Business)
•3+ years of professional field sales experience, must have experience traveling in a sales role
•Ability to travel in market that may require overnight travel (i.e. Hotel stays Tuesdays to Fridays)
•Minimum Travel Required: 2 days per week to local sites in market – up to a four-hour drive time in market
•Travel 100+ miles, fly zones may be applicable
Even better, you may have...
•Field dealer contact experience strongly preferred.
•Knowledge of dealership operations, dealership financial statements/sales and profit forecasts, Dealer reporting and systems.
•Customer service mindset.
•Strong interpersonal / leadership / organizational skills and competencies.
•Ability to interface with Retail Group Management and Dealer Management.
•Ability to work independently, with strong verbal, written, and Data Analytics skills.
•Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Excel and SharePoint.
•Comprehend and analyze our performance documents (i.e., Dealer Profiles, Financial Statements, 5 Year Trends, Sales Effectiveness Analysis, Parts & Service Dealer Dashboards/Trend Reports, etc.).
•Ability to manage changing priorities, deadlines and timelines with multiple inputs and complexities.
•Field dealer relationship experience – ensuring an understanding of the dealer dynamic and ability to gain dealer trust.
•Extraordinary teamwork, collaborative skills and demonstrated behaviors.
