You develop and deliver new product and promotional activity across a customer base.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Build and develop healthy and sustainable relationships with all customers in your portfolio.
+ Utilize sales capabilities to execute for base, NPD and promotional activity.
+ Carry out comprehensive and timely analysis of business performance for all customers in your portfolio and take corrective action to ensure delivery of agreed annual KPI’s.
+ Identify, win and maintain the maximum number of Perfect Stores in the customer base.
+ Proactively interact with field sales teams to ensure availability of stock.

**Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición:**
Como Business Development Specialist formarás parte de nuestro equipo de Ventas, trabajando en la estrategia de ventas hacia el interior del país.
+ Identificarás oportunidades de mercado a través del análisis de datos y ejecutarás la estrategia correspondiente a cada región en conjunto con el equipo local.
+ Impulsarás el cumplimiento de los planes de ventas en el interior del país.
+ Trabajaras en el armado del contrato anual y el plan estratégico de la compañía a mediano plazo.
**Requisitos específicos del puesto:**
+ Graduado u estudiante avanzado de Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Economía, entre otras carreras.
+ +3 años de experiencia en equipos de ventas o trade marketing.
+ Disponibilidad para viajar al interior del país una a dos veces por mes.
+ Dominio del idioma ingles avanzado.
**Horario laboral:**
Esquema híbrido Lunes a Jueves 9hs a 18 hs, Viernes 9hs a 13:30 hs
