This is a high-impact, outbound-driven role that requires strategic prospecting skills and a strong understanding of enterprise payment ecosystems. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and solution engineering teams to engage qualified leads and contribute to the success of complex sales engagements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and engage target enterprise accounts through outbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outreach, events, etc.)
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospects' global payment needs, pain points, and strategic goals
Qualify and nurture leads based on pre-defined criteria and route to appropriate Enterprise Sales Executives
Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and lead status in CRM
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead nurturing strategies
Research industries, companies, and stakeholders to inform outreach and develop personalized messaging
Monitor and report on lead conversion metrics and pipeline contribution
COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS or ABILITIES / BEHAVIOUR)
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development, preferably in enterprise or fintech/SaaS environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex value propositions simply and clearly
High level of curiosity and the ability to understand technical concepts related to payments, APIs, and commerce platforms
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with enterprise-level sales cycles and global commerce trends is a plus
