Job Description Job Title: Group Representative, Middle East and North Africa (MENA)
Location: Dubai
Faststream has partnered with a leading Ship Management business seeking a driven and well-connected Group Business Development Representative for the MENA region. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in contributing to the continued growth and presence in the region.

You will act as the main contact for existing and potential clients in the MENA region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, charterers, and maritime industry stakeholders. Identify business opportunities and expand the client base in line with strategic growth objectives. Maintain a strong understanding of the value proposition, service offerings, and capabilities of the company through close communication, and regular visits to the respective office teams and customers. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums within the region. Support the companies Ship Management Centres with existing clients in the Middle East as a local point of contact and for relationship management activities, as required. Use the internal CRM systems effectively to record sales and client discussions. Work closely with internal management and business unit heads on market trends, regional dynamics, and the competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams on strategy development to optimise growth potential in the region. Essential Requirements:
Relevant degree or qualification from an accredited University or College. Experience in ship management or the maritime industry. A current network in MENA region. In-depth knowledge of the Middle Eastern maritime industry and culture. Strong knowledge of the requirements and trends in the ship management sector and other marine markets. Willingness to travel extensively within the Middle East and globally as required. Fluency in English (Arabic or another regional language is an advantage). Flexible, self-motivated, and self-directed. Customer-focused (internal and external) with strong interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen.
