Job Title: Business Development Representative

Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to help expand a growing network of package pickup and return locations across multifamily apartment communities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys being out in the field, and wants to be part of a fast-moving initiative that enhances convenience for residents while driving innovation in last-mile logistics.
What You’ll Do
Scout and evaluate apartment communities to identify ideal locations for package pickup and return services.Present and sell a smart locker solution designed to streamline package management for property managers and residents.Manage and nurture incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.Build strong, face-to-face relationships with decision-makers at prospective partner sites.Track and analyze sales performance, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.Collaborate cross-functionally to refine sales strategies and improve operational processes.Provide top-tier support to partners, resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.What You Bring
1–2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a field-based or outside sales role.A proven ability to connect with people and build lasting partnerships.Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.A knack for analyzing data and spotting trends to drive smarter decisions.Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, ACT!, or similar platforms.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Why You’ll Love It

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
