Job Description

An Amazon Pickups and Returns Sales Representative is responsible for developing relationships with potential partners in multifamily apartment complexes as Pickup and Return Points (PARP). This role ensures customer convenience by providing easy access to package drop-off and return services while maximizing the network's reach and customer satisfaction within a designated territory. It involves field prospecting and lead generation in the assigned region, as well as phone and email follow-up communication to generate interest in the product.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify partner locations within the assigned territory, evaluating their suitability for pickup and return services based on customer traffic and accessibility.Sell the Hub Apartment Locker Pro product to prospected and qualified apartment complexes in the region.Manage the flow of incoming leads.Create and maintain sales reports.Analyze lead data, conversion rates, and cost of leads.Work as a liaison with other groups in the company to help improve sales processes.Establish strong in-person relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner locations, presenting the benefits of becoming a pickup and return point.Resolve customer inquiries regarding package pickup and return processes, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues that arise.Essential SkillsAccount managementInside salesOutside salesOutbound callsSalesLead generationSalesforce.com1+ years of sales experience, preferably in an outside/field sales environmentCustomer serviceBusiness developmentProspectingAdditional Skills & QualificationsProven ability to build relationships with potential business partners.Strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present pickup and return services to potential partners.Ability to analyze data and identify trends to optimize sales strategies and improve operational efficiency.Effective time management skills to cover assigned territory and manage a high volume of potential partners.Previous experience with ACT!, Salesforce.com, or other SFA tools.Work Environment

This role is work-based, with 60% of the time spent in the field and 40% at the workplace. The environment provides opportunities for growth within the organization, with potential for extension or conversion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
