We’re hiring a Business Development Representative for one of the most exciting early-stage SaaS companies in the Bay Area — backed by Andreessen Horowitz, early investors in Airbnb, Slack, and many of the most iconic names in tech.
This isn’t your typical BDR role. You’ll be part of a small, high-caliber go-to-market team helping define outbound from the ground up. The product is loved, adoption is growing fast, and now it’s time to scale pipeline — with smart, thoughtful outreach that opens doors with founders, Heads of Finance, and Revenue leaders.
You’ll be in the room with some of the most innovative startups in tech — and work side-by-side with a sharp, product-led team in San Francisco.
What You’ll Do: Research and target high-potential accounts across SaaS, AI, and modern finance Own outbound prospecting and book meetings that actually happen (no fluff metrics) Engage senior decision-makers including Founders, Heads of Revenue, and Finance leaders Use tools like Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Salesforce Collaborate with AEs on account strategy and experiment with new messaging/playbooks Share real-time prospect insights to improve targeting and product feedback loops What We’re Looking For: 6–18 months of BDR/SDR experience (preferably in SaaS or at an early-stage company) Strong communication and writing skills — you care about relevance and craft Curious, coachable, and hungry to learn Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders and startup executives Based in San Francisco and able to work in-office 4 days/week Why This Role: Competitive base + uncapped commission + early equity ($85K OTE) Clear path to AE or broader GTM roles over time (expect ~12+ months as BDR) Exposure to high-growth startups and strategic sales motions Tight-knit team, fast feedback loops, and meaningful impact from Day 1 Ground-floor opportunity at a high-growth company backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z)
