Business Development Representative
Company Overview:

Role Overview:
As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving sales pipeline growth by generating qualified appointments for the Account Executive team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their sales career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Develop expertise in legal technology solutions and effectively communicate value to prospects. Collaborate with AEs to refine prospecting strategies and maximize meeting bookings. Conduct qualification calls and, in some cases, manage full-cycle sales opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise segments. This role is hybrid (3-4 days a week in-office), based in their Wilmington, Delaware office.  Qualifications:
6 months to 2 years of B2B sales experience. Background in sales, prospecting, or customer relations is beneficial, but a strong commercial mindset is highly valued. Interest in Legal Tech and SaaS is a plus. Compensation & Benefits:
