\n\nAbout the role:
\n\nNo two days are the same for our Business Development Representative. You’ll be proactive in reaching out to potential clients. You’ll be making outbound calls, following up warm leads, and generating your own to identify and create new qualified opportunities for our sales team through your dedication and persistence.
\n\nWhat you'll be doing:
\n\nQuickly jumping on inbound enquiries from Marketing Lead Channels and turning them into exciting opportunities \nFinding and connecting with the right decision makers in our target markets\nTaking charge of outbound sales prospecting across all available channels\nMaking a fantastic first impression, nurturing warm prospects, and understanding their pain points and what drives their buying decisions\nRepeatedly following up to keep Teletrac Navman top of mind throughout the buying cycle\nUtilising sales & marketing platforms to maximise your effectiveness (Salesforce, 6Sense, and SalesLoft)\nStaying active and consistently feeding the sales pipeline\nTeaming up with our Training specialist and Product Development teams to keep growing your product know-how\n\n
ABOUT YOU
\nYou’ll have full rights to work in the UK without the requirement of sponsorship now or in the future.
\n\nWhat will help you succeed in this role:
\n\n\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred \nAn understanding of sales, and hungry to be coached and learn more \nAbility to connect with people, and to really listen, to identify the key needs and pain points of a prospect\nHighly motivated and comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting (up to 80 calls and 30 emails a day)\nA resilient, can-do, and problem-solving attitude to deal with objections/rejections\nExcellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills (verbal & written) \nAbility to work independently & be a team player, and flourish in a fast-paced environment\nCompetent with Microsoft and the ability to learn new software packages (CRM software, sales engagement tools)\n\n
