Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Business Development Representative located in Ridley Park, PA.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinates with Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) Sales team on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiativesCoordinates with GSM Sales team for regular deliverables, briefings, meetings and work packagesDevelop and manage capture budgets, track expenditures, and ensure proper resource allocation throughout the capture processLeverages company resources to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage and foster business growth by developing a general understanding of Boeing products and services, process and operations and resourcesCaptures and documents general information related to customer business, culture, issues and concerns, requirements, and economic and environmental influences by researching available resources, web-sites and publicationsAssists in the interface with the customer and internal Boeing resources to keep both apprised of key issues and concernsAssists in the development of internal and customer solutions by performing analysis of needs and available resources for specific products and solutions with minimal guidanceEvaluates processes that can be improved, makes recommendations to the internal team, and executes such projectsAssists in the preparation of management review materialsAssists in the preparation of internal presentations and supporting materialGathers and compiles strategic information into a consolidated package to facilitate the development of strategy and tactics with guidanceSupports creation of presentation materials and management review packagesResponsible for maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database; SalesforceRole will work directly with the identified Divisions Leadership and Sales team regularlySpecial projects and ad hoc tasks are assigned as neededBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or higherExperience supporting or managing Vertical Lift competitive domestic or international sales campaigns3+ years of experience in business capture or program management, global sales and marketing or a related fieldAble to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the timePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Knowledge and experience with Boeing business development process and toolsKnowledge and experience Chinook CH-47Knowledge and experience with post-production sales and modificationsDrug Free Workplace:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $92,650 - $125,350
