Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ Experience in exceeding goal attainment.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications:
+ 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role in business intelligence or analytics.
+ Experience in sales with data processing workflows, data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization software.
The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities and vocation support candidates with a certificate issued by government. Participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. gReach Associates will be placed in teams across the business such as Device and Services, Software, Advertising Sales, User Support, Market HR, and Google Cloud.
gReach Associates will have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further develop professional skills. Associates will learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions.
As a member of the New Business Development team, you will develop new product initiatives with our Product, Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships teams. You're a true thought leader who can find, digest and share industry trends and key influencers. You will open doors with potential partners, chat with them about their businesses and present these opportunities to our executive leaders. In doing so, you help discover and shape some of Google boldest ventures.

+ Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound calls and emails, and follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
+ Organize meetings and product demos for the national account executives.
+ Generate demand with prospective and existing customers via Google video conferencing and phone to identify, qualify, and cultivate opportunities.
+ Maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce, including comprehensive and up-to-date client information.
+ Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve organizational goals.
