We are seeking a Business Development Professional in Western United States. 

This role is tasked with developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services. Successful candidate will work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. 

As the Business Development Professional, you will:

Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers in the designated market/accounts Generating new business at existing customers / accounts and at new customers Collaborate with other departments to share market and customer needs and create successful business propositions together. Contributing to market strategy: Monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts Keep Sales and forecasting tool up to date and accurate.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:  

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in business management, business administration, marketing and sales, or a technical field related to our products 3+ years experience with the following: Sales/business development experience in the EV Charging or Heavy Duty EV industry Experience with identifying and developing new market segments and new commercial clients in the transportation industry or similar market environment Understanding of renewable energy policy, incentives and business models Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills Self-driven, eager to learn and succeed Flexibility and open-minded attitude (scale up work environment, new industry) Working collaboratively with multiple internal departments such as finance, legal, project management and product management Ability to travel up to 50% is required, mostly domestic throughout the west coast region. Authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

Results-oriented: Focusses on realizing goals and meeting a certain standard and objectives. Constantly looking for ways to improve/outperform results. Client focus: Focusing on discovering and meeting the customers' needs and wishes. Ability to influence Experience with Salesforce.com

The pay range for this position is $79,700 - $151,400 plus incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
