In this position...
Act as the liaison between Ford Credit and Ford and Lincoln dealers. Manage and further develop dealer relationships with Ford Credit. Provide direct, in-dealership and virtual training and consulting to dealership management and staff. Focus on improving finance performance, increasing sales of retail, lease, wholesale, and fee income products (including Ford/Lincoln Protect), enhancing satisfaction with the finance process, and optimizing overall dealership processes.
