We are a small and mighty team looking for a driven, strategic and energetic player to join us to help scale our data/ technology business. The Strategics Partnerships team accelerates growth of the Predactiv business by growing existing and acquiring new strategic partnerships. A partner can be recognised as an highly innovative organization with ambition to leverage data/ technology to transform advertising practices.

As a business development manager, you are in a collaborative and pivotal position that is focused on identifying, connecting, and growing revenue opportunities with a thoughtful, creative and technical, and innovative approach. By joining a leader among digital data/ tech companies, you will be part of a company with an ambitious and well-differentiated product in this rapidly growing data industry. Role reports to VP of Strategic Partnerships and is part US Remote/ part office.

Responsibilities:Build and establish solid relationships across the Strategic Partnership portfolio including monthly partner connections.Manage partnerships performance, ensuring thresholds are met and subscription based agreements are maintained.Contribute to QBR planning, content development and execution across all strategic partners.Prospect, qualify and close new revenue generating opportunities, with a specific focus on recurring revenue and platform innovation initiatives.Initiate strategic product development sessions where applicable ensuring input across the organizations key constituents; Product, Ops and Account Management.Lead sales enablement across partners that monetize ShareThis/Predactiv branded solutions.Liaise between external partners and all Predactiv teams to drive sales enablement opportunities, collaboration on new products, and revenue generating ideas forward.Provide input into strategic partnerships strategy based on industry & partner knowledge.Actively prospect, qualify and close new partnership deals and have the ability to structure negotiations that maximize customer value while driving measurable revenue for Predactiv.Meet and exceed a quarterly revenue target and MBOs.Qualifications:5+ years experience in AdTech & Digital Media; experience working with enterprise or strategic partnerships preferred.3+ years proven success in a new business quota carrying role with a track record of exceeding individual revenue goals.Understanding of the AdTech ecosystem around Programmatic.History of strong selling and rapport-building with client organizations.Self-starter with strong skills of communication, presentation, negotiation, listening, critical thinking, and closing in both formal and informal settings.The ability to inspire trust and represent Predactiv at top tier prospects and partners.Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to present to large groups and senior partnersComfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.Completed a BA/BS with a strong academic record.
