For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a similar STEM related field Proven strong understanding of how PV and BESS facilities operate, how they use equipment and technologies, as well as control systems and how they are applied in the North American power market Minimum of 3 years of experience in the PV and BESS industries for a technology provider, end user or developer Minimum of 5 years of related experience in power generation marketing, sales, projects, operations or product development Ability to travel 25-35% of the time Legal authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Demonstrated experience promoting and presenting products and solutions directly to end users Ability to anticipate customers’ needs from first-hand experience in renewable operations and control. Willingness to find creative solutions for customers and then align external and internal partners for successful delivery.Our Culture & Commitment to You:
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $180,000 annually + bonus, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
