**Job Summary:**
Join our diverse team in North Middle East Region, as **Business Development Manager, Measurement Solutions** – **Power & Water Industry** with base location as either Kuwait/Qatar preferably in Kuwait. Lead growth initiatives to boost market participation in Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, and Jordan within the Power and Water Industry.
The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the Power & Water industry applications and a solid background in **instrumentation.** In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, tailor product strategies to meet customer needs, and deliver valuable insights on emerging industry trends.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Developing new sales leads using your deep understanding of the automation needs of power and water customers, particularly applications of field instrumentation in improving efficiency, safety and environmental compliance.
+ Creating and implementing business development strategies aimed at increasing participation in the Power, Utilities, and Water Wastewater markets.
+ Using your expertise in analyzing existing business strategies and recommending future growth initiatives.
+ Developing and managing a pipeline of sales leads, ensuring a seamless transition from business development to sales.
+ Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
+ Participating in industry seminars and events representing Emerson and promoting its offerings in the market.
+ Working closely with the Measurement Solutions Middle East & Africa organization and the Emerson teams in the region to increase sales synergies

**For this role, you will need:**
+ Strong experience (8 to 10 years) in sales, particularly to Power and Water Industry
+ Technical educational background, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or any related field.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Understanding of the Power & Water industry and applications, with instrumentation knowledge preferred
+ Strong presentation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels, for both technical and non-technical audiences
+ Proficiency in English (verbal, reading, and writing), Arabic will be an advantage
+ Openness to travel.
