The Role
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will work in the North area of the country and will be located in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. Responsibilities include maximizing revenue from the tour operation segment by creating strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and developing effective sales strategies aligned with Hyatt Inclusive Collection's commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Identify and develop business opportunities with national tour operators.
Manage and strengthen commercial relationships with key tour operation accounts.
Negotiate commercial agreements to ensure profitability and sales objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeted at the tour operation segment.
Participate in travel fairs, events, and roadshows to represent Hyatt Inclusive Collection properties
Monitor and analyze the performance of assigned accounts, proposing continuous improvement strategies.
Design and deliver training programs for tour operators, travel agents and their sales teams.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Reservations and Revenue Management, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Produce periodic reports on results and market trends.
Stay updated on tourism trends and competitor activities.
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

Outlook, Microsoft Office knowledge

Previous experience in sales for the tour operation segment within the hospitality or tourism industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Availability to travel and work outside regular hours.
Proactive, customer-focused, and problem-solving attitude.
Experience Preferred:
Envision knowledge
