Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :This role will work closely with the Razer Game Service global business unit to drive increased and enhanced support for our partners in the gaming industry and will be spearheading go-to-market (GTM) operations for new game launches and live operations support across emerging regions (SEA, LATAM, and MENA).The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational readiness, ensuring successful regional publishing, and scaling live game operations.
This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, highly adaptable, has strong project management capabilities, and excels in cross-functional collaboration. Proven experience managing large-scale regional game publishing operations and a deep understanding of player community management and service excellence are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Monitor gaming trends in SEA and source suitable game content from China, Korea, Japan, and Western developers to fit market demands. Acquire digital content (games and entertainment).Set up a structured game evaluation process, involving country teams in the review and sourcing of games. Based on country team feedback, identify and source games that are best suited for the target markets.Identify and evaluate games specifically for the Vietnam market, leveraging insights into local trends, player preferences, and content regulations.Track Vietnam gaming market trends, community sentiment, and platform performance to help guide content sourcing and GTM planning.Negotiate agreements with partners and manage, review, and renew such agreements as required to maximize business interests.Fulfil compliance requirements to ensure due diligence during the onboarding process.Assist the team in identifying service vendors and onboarding them, including negotiating the best deals for marketing, localization, and local partnerships.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Game Development, or a related field, with over 6 years of experience in the gaming or digital content industry.Proven experience in game sourcing, evaluation, and acquisition, with a strong understanding of SEA market preferences and trends.Specific familiarity with Vietnam's gaming landscape, including game genres, distribution platforms, and local market dynamics.Extensive network of contacts across China, Korea, Japan, Western developers, and publishers.Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing and managing partnership agreements.Experience conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance during partner and vendor onboarding.Familiarity with vendor management, including sourcing, onboarding, and negotiating service terms for marketing, localization, and partnership initiatives.Strong knowledge of global and regional gaming market trends, especially in SEA, LATAM, and MENA regions.Excellent analytical skills to assess game potential and market fit based on country team feedback and market data.Effective project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple sourcing and onboarding activities concurrently.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Experience working in a matrix or cross-functional team environment across multiple regions.This role requires fluency in both Mandarin and English.This position is based in Shanghai, China.
