Working at Dentsply Sirona you are able to: **Develop faster** - with our commitment to the best professional development. **Perform better** - as part of a high-performance, empowering culture. **Shape an industry** - with a market leader that continues to drive innovation. **Make a difference** -by helping improve oral health worldwide. + Support the deployment of RCO strategic and commercial initiatives within the Region in collaboration with the CCO leadership + Relations building with the institutions including dental universities, dental college and dental hospitals (Govt. and Private both) + Contribute actively to the development and implementation of local selling tactics required to support the strategic and commercial initiatives in the Region. + Explore new business opportunities in the institutions within the Region in collaboration with the Commercial/Sales leaders + Participates to key projects for the RCO as needed + Maintain good relation with the dealers in the region who potentially can support in terms of growing our business in the region. + Owning Institutional Sales budget responsibility for MENA region including quarterly budgeting and forecasting. + Develop a close collaboration with the institutions in the region. + Develop a close collaboration with Sales team, BDMs and marketing team to ensure benefits of expertise from regional and subject point of view. + Be the RCO representative for the institutional business while working closely with country commercial leaders + Pro- active approach in terms of knowing future projects, bidding on timely basis, getting project completion directly or in support from the dealers on timely basis including money collection from the dealers/institutions as per agreed terms. + Liase with factories in terms of production / delivery timelines + Represent the RCO during dental exhibitions and conferences + Collect business intelligence related to the Region (competition and prices, business environment, distribution networks, promotions, new products launch …) to influence product portfolio and positioning needs. + Participate to the design and execution of bundles and dental solutions for the Region including collaboration with other RCO BDMs / Product (where applicable) + Strengthen relationship with local OPLs and dental universities in close collaboration with the CCO Clinical Education team + Support research for potential new markets and/or products + Contribute to resolution of supply issues when applicable in close collaboration with the RCO Customer Service team. + Facilitate and support the CCO for product registration in close collaboration with the RCO RA team + Participate in the Commercial planning, Forecasting and Budgeting processes led by the CCO team Dentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employer.
