About This Opportunity We are looking to add to our Third Party Gift Card sales team! As a Partner Acquisition Manager III (Business Development Manager III), you will focus on various retail brands and B2B partners to add to our incredible US-based business while driving growth in targeted discounted or full-priced gift card programs. InComm Payments is at the forefront of payment innovation, and we want you to help us drive growth as we move forward! Responsibilities The key focus of this position will be to manage all phases of the sales process including cold calling, lead generation, partner presentation, relationship management, contract negotiation and on-boarding.  You will also be responsible for updating product setup documents and maintaining/updating sales collateral including sales tools, presentations and forecast worksheets. You will be the point person for supporting internal partners when selling new gift card distribution opportunities to brands. You will be able to successfully navigate through multiple levels of management to develop a distribution partnership. In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing trends for new and emerging markets to target new partners/brands and expand the category growth. There will be a heavy focus on local and regional restaurants.   Qualifications Experience with selling and presenting to business owners and senior level executives Skilled at developing and presenting executive level presentations Ability to exercise own judgment and work independently while supporting a team Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and customer service orientation High level of confidence in cold calling prospective brands for retail distribution Skilled with database, spreadsheet and word processing software. Preferred Microsoft Office Suite (TEAMS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Experience in utilizing CRM tools in tracking progress throughout the sales process Minimum 5+ years of proven success in a competitive sales environment Savvy negotiation skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, compromise and close business deals Ability to evaluate opportunities to determine ROI and present to internal leadership for approval Attend trade shows or conferences to investigate new business opportunities Understand contracts and contractual process. Ability to negotiate business terms in contract and explain basic business processes.
