Bio-K+ is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion for their new shelf-stable probiotics, including innovations for heart health. The role involves building strategic partnerships, leading sales strategies, and collaborating across teams. Candidates should have over five years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in health and wellness, along with strong analytical and communication skills. With the launch of our new SHELF STABLE CAPSULES, like probiotics for heart health, we’re expanding our reach and impact of execellence in the field of probiotics and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help lead the charge. 

 

 

Key responsibilities Drive Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. Conventional & FDM (Food/Drug/Mass-Merchandise) channels.  Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with brokers, distributors, and key stakeholders.  Lead Sales Strategy: Create data-driven sales plans to grow market share and support sell-through success.  Champion New Product Launches: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote our latest innovations—including our new Shelf Stable Capsules.  Deliver Financial Impact: Analyze opportunities, manage risk, and contribute to profitable growth.  Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor market intelligence to keep Bio-K+ ahead of the curve.  Qualifications and skills

 

5+ years in business development, sales, or marketing—ideally in health, wellness, or CPG.  Experience working with distribution partners and brokers.  A proven track record of driving growth and building lasting relationships.  Existing relationship success with target retailers a plus  Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.  A “hunter” mindset with a passion for innovation and wellness. 

 

 

 

 

The typical hiring range for this role is $75,602.00-$123,432.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
