For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related subject area Minimum of 5 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in the data center industry for an end-user or developer of data centers Willingness and ability to travel, up to 40% Ability to analyze and identify market trends Solid understanding of how data centers owners and operators supervise, operate and lead their data center power generation assets with a specific focus on substation automation Sound knowledge of industry benchmarks, standards and commercial terms Deep understanding of grid automation, energy storage, and enterprise software Legal authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: 5 years of related experience in data center power delivery, and industry needs Proven success in complex solution selling and cross-functional collaboration Skilled in developing go-to-market strategies in new markets Our Culture & Commitment to You:Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process.
