Business Development Manager – Citrix
Location: Ballerup, Denmark (Lautruphøj)
ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As the Business Development Manager - Citrix in Arrow, you will join the New Models Business unit located in our offices in Ballerup. You will exercise your role within the Danish market.
Within this position you will be responsible for growing and strengthening our partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of sales, enablement, and technical pre-sales, supporting partners with the knowledge, tools, and activities they need to succeed. You will play a key role in increasing partner engagement, driving new revenue opportunities, and ensuring our solutions are clearly understood and effectively positioned with both partners and end customers.
It is expected that you have some technical flair and understanding of the solution or are able to gain the knowledge easily, and are able to take the first customer meeting together with the partner – before our SE’s take over.
You will be supported by a highly skilled team, that is very dedicated – but also know how to create a good and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities:
On the daily basis, you will be :
Developing, managing, and growing strategic partner relationships to increase solution adoption and revenue.
Collaborate with partners on joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and pipeline development activities.
Contribute to forecasting, pipeline reviews, and strategic business planning.
Drive pipeline growth through joint partner activities, events, and campaigns.
A FEW THINGS YOU’RE AN EXPERT AT
3–5+ years of experience in business development, partner/channel management, or sales in the IT, SaaS, or technology industry.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive business relationships.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partners or alliances.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with both business and technical audiences.
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts at a high level, and translate them into business value.
Experience delivering enablement programs, training, or sales workshops is a plus.
Good Mindset & Good Approach
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Consultative, customer-first mindset with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Fluency in Danish and English language is a must to be successful in this recruitment
