Business Development Manager/Chineese
Your Responsibilities:
Identifying new potential clients from the Chinese market whose business profile requires wide range of logistics solutions, using your own network, available market research, internal data, industry conferences and associations, and other sources.Preparing sales strategy focused on acquiring new clients or expanding existing ones, particularly in the context of Chinese-Polish trade flowsUnderstanding the client's business and translating it into direct development opportunities for all DHL divisions in Poland, including comprehension of industry-specific business dynamics and implications for the broader supply chain of the customer and their end recipients.Conducting business meetings to assess client potential and define areas and processes where innovative DHL solutions can be applied.Initiating cooperation with product and operational teams to create tailored solutions based on identified customer and industry needs.Reaching key decision-makers on the client’s side and building long-term relationships and a strong business network.Negotiating commercial agreements with clients in line with DHL’s pricing and discount policies, ensuring the required profitability level.Collaborating with regional/global teams, other departments, and DHL business units as needed.Our Requirements:
Proven experience in the logistics industry, supported by documented achievements.Solid understanding of 4PL and 3PL operations and the environment of complex supply chain processes.Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (in a Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager role).Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, project management, negotiation, and presentation skills.Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and process-oriented thinking.University degree.Fluent English and Chinese (both spoken and written) – required.Polish language – nice to have.Category B driving license.We are looking for candidates who would be willing to relocate to PolandWhat we offer:
