The Business Development Manager for Bridge Deck Waterproofing is responsible for the support and profitable growth of Bridge Deck Certified Applicator Network.  You will understand bridge/DOT segment, railroad bridges, industry participation and a collaborative approach that results in mutual benefit. You will report to the Protective and Marine Coatings USCA Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new bridge deck applicator candidates through a collaborative approach with the field sales teamManage an Opportunity Pipeline to convert into salesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with existing bridge deck applicatorsUnderstand new opportunities in the bridge decking space and follow projectsDrive new product developmentHave an acumen to understand the BD Waterproofing system and applications

Qualifications

Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or related degreeAt least 10 years’ experience in strategy, marketing, or sales within the coatings industryUnderstanding and thoughtfulness around project managementDemonstrating ability analyze data for market growthStrong understanding of distributor networks and requirements to be successfulExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and engage partners at all levels.Ability to travel
