Job Description

Strategic Partnership Development: Work closely with the Head of Traveloka Partners Network to create and implement comprehensive commercial strategies focused on acquiring new partners and fostering the growth of existing partners within the network.

Strategic Initiative Leadership: Spearheaded the identification and prioritization of crucial initiatives encompassing strategy, innovation, processes, and tools. This will involve defining the execution of acquisition strategies and optimizing team operations for maximum efficiency and results.

New Opportunity Exploration: Proactively seek out and identify new strategic opportunities by thoroughly mapping and analyzing potential leads, refining processes, and leveraging tools to support expansion and growth.

Strategic Project Execution:  Take ownership of planning, leading, and executing key end-to-end strategic projects that are expected to deliver substantial impact and drive business growth.

Market Opportunity Management: Assume responsibility for developing and implementing proactive plans to capitalize on market opportunities and effectively address any negative deviations or challenges that may arise.

Data-Driven Analysis and Insights:  Conduct regular ad-hoc and monthly analyses, create scenarios, and perform benchmarking to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Actively contribute to new business development, expansion initiatives, and process optimization as needed.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Business Development, Travel Technology, e-commerce, revenue growth, product, or business operations role in tech or SaaS

Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives by acquiring and optimizing growth on new partners

Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex and evolving markets

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams.

English proficiency is a must 

Demonstrated experience in senior roles and network within the travel or hospitality industry
