Your Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales for our patented patient-derived mini-organoid technology in the fast-growing biotech industry. You will lead all phases of the business development deal cycle, identifying and engaging potential customers while generating high-quality leads. Collaborating closely with R&D and Marketing, you will align on sales strategies to optimize business objectives and ensure a robust business pipeline. Your role will involve translating HUB's strategic priorities into actionable sales plans, driving sustainable revenue growth through effective client conversion. You will also conduct market research and competitor analysis, providing valuable insights to our leadership team. Presenting our innovative technology to researchers and decision-makers will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as will representing the company at industry events. This high-impact position offers significant visibility within HUB’s leadership, making it an exciting opportunity for ambitious professionals eager to thrive in a dynamic environment.

 

Who You Are:

You hold a minimum of a Master of Science (MSc), preferably a PhD or MBA in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.You have at least 6 - 10 years of experience in a similar role within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.You have a proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and partnerships.You possess strong communication skills and can effectively translate complex scientific concepts into clear business value.You have a result-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and making an impact.You maintain a strong network within the biotechnology or CRO industry.You have solid data analytical abilities and experience with forecasting and financial modeling using tools like Salesforce and Excel.You are proficient in English (written and verbal) and are willing to travel internationally, engaging with clients as needed (30% or more).
