**Description and Requirements**
**Summary:**
Business Development Advertising Lead is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue through advertising within a product or platform. This role involves a deep understanding of various monetization models, user behavior, and market trends, as well as strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Develop and Execute Monetization Strategies:** Craft and implement comprehensive plans to optimize revenue generation from advertising, considering factors like user experience, retention, and overall business goals.
+ **Analyze and Optimize Ad Performance:** Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance across various channels and platforms. This includes A/B testing, segmentation, and other techniques to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue.
+ **Manage Ad Networks and Partnerships:** Build and maintain relationships with ad networks, SSPs, and other partners to ensure optimal ad delivery and revenue generation.
+ **Identify and Explore New Monetization Opportunities:** Research and evaluate new ad formats, platforms, and revenue streams to drive growth and innovation.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and data science teams to integrate monetization features, optimize user experience, and align strategies.
+ **Stay Updated on Industry Trends:** Continuously monitor the latest developments in ad technology, user behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
+ **Report and Analyze Results:** Prepare regular reports and presentations on ad monetization performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
**Key Skills and** **requirements:**
+ **Proven Experience:** Demonstrated experience in ad monetization, preferably within a relevant industry (e.g., mobile gaming, online publishing).
+ **Strong Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to optimize ad performance.
+ **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and external partners.
+ **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with ad serving platforms, ad networks, and relevant tools for tracking and analyzing ad performance.
+ **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to develop and implement long-term monetization strategies aligned with business goals.
+ **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, performance, and user experience.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or Software Development of equivalent or a related field. MBA Preferred
+ Minimum 8 years of experience in business development
+ Able to work in a hybrid format
