As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing key customer relationships to drive revenue growth. You will also provide technical support and strategic guidance to customers, ensuring successful application and integration of products. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

 Identify and establish relationships with new customers; manage and grow existing customer accounts. 

 Drive sales of products and services through direct channels or strategic partners (e.g., dealers, integrators, distributors). 

 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. 

 Support partners throughout the sales cycle, including marketing, promotions, training, and product positioning. 

Provide expert-level technical support for product applications, especially in deposition, electroplating, and metallization processes. 

Resolve complex customer issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

 Advise internal teams and external customers on best practices and product innovations. 

Act as a thought partner and advisor, contributing to functional or product strategies.  

Lead or guide team members; prioritize activities to meet business objectives. 

Make independent decisions using sound judgment and analysis. 

 

 

Qualifications 

 

BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science preferred. 

 Minimum 4 years of experience in deposition/electroplating/metallization applications at a company like Samsung Electronics. 

 At least 4 years of commercial/sales/marketing experience in a global company. 

Fluent in English with strong presentation and communication skills. 

Willing to travel: 50% locally, 10% internationally.
