**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive access and adoption of our key medical device portfolios in Thailand You will engage with key decision-makers, collaborate with clinical specialists, expand our market presence by achieving sales targets in strategic accounts. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Drive Sales Growth** : Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory. + **Maximize Access to Key Portfolios:**  Ensure the inclusion and adoption in strategic accounts. + **Engage with Key Decision-Makers:**  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in accounts to drive product adoption and tender inclusion. + **Collaborate with Teams:**  Work closely with clinical specialists and distributor sales teams to develop and execute aligned account strategies. + **Mitigate Risks:**  Identify and address potential issues to ensure timely product availability to mitigate business risks. + **Market Analysis:**  Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly. + **Reporting:**  Provide regular reports on account activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management. **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Pharmacy/ Nursing + Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales management, preferably in the Medical Device industry. + Experience in managing strategic accounts in Bangkok – Chulalongkorn, Siriraj, Ramathibodi, Bumrungrad Hospital. + Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving product adoption in the healthcare sector. + Strong understanding of the medical device market and regulatory environment in Thailand + Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills + Self-motivated individual who is customer-focused and results driven + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment + Willingness to travel across country (30% of time) + Proficiency in English and Thai Required Skills Optional Skills . **Primary Work Location** THA Bangkok - The Offices at Central World **Additional Locations** **Work Shift** Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
