Key Responsibilities + Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets. + Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and future work. + Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. + Represent Meyer Engineers at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. + Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitor activities. + Support the development of strategic plans to expand services and market presence. + Partner with project managers and engineers to ensure client satisfaction and project success. + Track and report business development activities, progress toward goals, and return on investment. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. + 5+ years of business development, sales, or client relations experience, preferably within engineering, construction, or related industries. + Proven ability to establish and grow client relationships. + Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and senior leadership. + Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities. + Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
