Business Development Manager
Job Description Faststream is partnering with a leading 3rd party ship management to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager in Singapore.

This is a front-line commercial role for someone who knows how to sell ship management services, build trust with shipowners, and grow market share.

What you’ll be doing:
Winning new ship management contracts and expanding existing accounts. Building strong relationships with shipowners, operators, and investors – especially in Southeast Asia Region + China. Presenting and negotiating high-value technical & crew management solutions. Acting as the bridge between clients and internal operations to ensure service excellence. What we’re looking for:
Proven track record in business development within a ship management firm. Able to create operating expense budgets for technical management and crew management of ships. Strong network with shipowners across Asia. Fluent in Mandarin & English – essential for engaging Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Commercially driven, results-focused, and ready to make an impact.
