Job Description Job Title: Business Development Manager – Europe
Reporting to: Head of Business Development - Europe
Location: Greece

Responsibilities:
Capture New Opportunities: Identify and pursue exciting new business opportunities in the maritime industry. Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs. Stay Ahead of Trends: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Deliver Impactful Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients. Exceed Targets: Achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs. Generate Leads: Create leads from relationships and your existing network. Share Best Practices: Collaborate with a team of Business Development managers covering other regions to share insights and best practices. Essential Criteria:
Location: Based in Greece and fluent in the native language. Industry Experience: Must have experience in the offshore industry and the ship management industry (either wet or dry shipping). Proactive Attitude: A natural hunter, self-starter, and comfortable working in unstructured environments as a pathfinder. Data-Driven: Must believe in the power of data analytics, use of a CRM, and be willing to draw leads from digital data. Travel: Frequent travel within Europe is required. Benefits:
