Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy.

- Work model: onsite

Creating Business Development plans for the areas, in coordination with the Sales organization and cross-functional teams.

Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.

Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.

Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.


Qualifications for the role

Ability to demonstrate your experience in Business Development of technical product. You have {>5} years of experience in Medium Voltage Instrument Transformers field

You are innovative around customer relationships and strategic planning

Degree in Electrical Engineering

You are at ease communicating in English and Czech

You hold current driving license
