Business Development Manager

Join us as a Business Development Manager to play a highly influential role in protecting our clients and growing our business.
How you will create an impact• Identify and develop alternative distribution channels• Develop and maintain good business relation with the channels• Solicit business from the channels via training, motivation and business support• Facilitate department campaign, project and activities• Initiate department training needs analysis and coordinate training resources to achieve training goals• Implement business strategy and action plans• Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers and general manager
What you will need to succeed• Bachelor degree , major in sales and marketing, business administration, economics or insurance is preferable• Solid working experience, channel development experience on A&H business is preferred• Strong negotiation skills
• Experienced training experience• Strong teamwork spirit and willing to work across boundaries• Open-minded and strong learning ability • Can work under great pressure
