We are now seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our commercial team.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be instrumental in expanding Ayvens' footprint in the Bulgarian operational leasing market. Your primary focus will be on identifying, developing, and securing new client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a strategic mindset and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving New Business: Proactively identify and target potential new clients within the Bulgarian market to generate new operational leasing opportunities.Strategic Customer Engagement: Develop and execute targeted customer relationship strategies to acquire new business and build a robust pipeline.Opportunity Generation: Identify market trends and develop creative approaches to generate new sales leads and opportunities.Value Proposition Communication: Effectively present and promote Ayvens' comprehensive operational leasing solutions to prospective clients.Proposal Development: Prepare compelling quotations, offers, and reports tailored to client needs.Commercial Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations and effectively close new business deals.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service implementation.Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities within the operational leasing sector.What We Are Looking For:
University Degree.Solid computer literacy.Excellent organizational and communication skills, demonstrating a strong proactive approach and ability to work independently.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Proven negotiation skills and a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.Some experience in a client-facing commercial role is desirable (e.g., sales, business development), ideally within the automotive, financial services, or leasing sectors. However, we also value individuals with a strong aptitude for learning and a proven track record of success in other relevant fields.Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building strong, lasting relationships.Strategic thinking and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.Responsibility, loyalty, and reliability.What We Offer:
