If you’re curious, commercially minded, andenergized by new opportunities, we would love to hear from you. **Job Responsibilities** In this role, you will be at the heart of our commercial strategy – identifying opportunities, creating value, and helping us grow smarter and faster: + Lead business development activities in key markets – including scaling the renovation opportunity in Germany, expanding in France, and entering the Dutch market. + Explore growth through OEM channels and evaluate new partnership opportunities. + Take full ownership of the global launch of our next-gen EvoFlat 4.0 PRO – from value proposition and go-to-market strategy to demand planning and performance tracking. + Strengthen our pricing excellence by rolling out the SPG tool, managing price approvals, and applying value-based pricing models for new products. + Team up with Technical Product Managers to build strong business cases and support wider commercial initiatives. **Background & Skills** You have a university degree and track record in business development, strategic pricing and/or product launches. You combine analytical strength and project leadership with the ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in a global matrix setup.
