What you will do:
Strategic Innovation & Business Development

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive business strategies that leverage Taiwan's unique position in the global tech ecosystemLead market intelligence initiatives focusing on advanced technology trends, in smart industrial technologies and Industrial AIDevelop and execute key account strategies together with the business units of Siemens in TaiwanIdentify business opportunities at the intersection of digital transformation and industrial technology, with a special focus on industrial verticals and AI-driven solutionsSupport the CEO Office in high-level strategic initiatives and VIP engagementsCreate compelling executive presentations and strategic reports that drive decision-making

What we are looking for:

Advanced university degree or and/or MBA with strong technical understandingMinimum 5 years of experience in technology-driven industries or top-tier consulting firms, with proven success in digital transformation projectsDeep understanding of industrial technology trends and digital technologiesStrong track record in managing complex, cross-cultural stakeholder relationshipsProven ability to navigate matrix organizations and work with senior executivesExcellence in strategic thinking and business analysisStrong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business concepts
