Business Development Representative

Location: Ballerup, Denmark

ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As the Business Development Manager in Arrow ECS, you will join the Sales team located in our offices in Denmark. You will exercise your role within the Danish market.

Within this position, you will be mainly responsible for attracting new clients, new business development and managing current client accounts. Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams and the vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential MSP/MSSP partners through research, networking, and cold outreach.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.

Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our market presence among Danish MSPs/MSSPs.

Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.

Relationship Building & Networking: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target MSPs/MSSPs.

Proposal Development & Presentation: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential partners.

Contract Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals that align with company goals and client needs.

Partner / Client Relationship Management: Ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention of acquired clients through regular follow-ups and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the security/networking industry.  

Proven track record of successfully hunting and acquiring new business.

Strong understanding of the MSP/MSSP market in Denmark.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
