Business Development Manager

工作职责:

完成大湾区的销售指标维护&建立辖区内渠道网络,执行公司经销商管理制度,定期和经销商进行市场会议对代理商进行产品知识培训,推行公司的销售策略,引导、督促、协助代理商完成客户拜访和院内及区域的市场活动,达成销售指标制定并实施辖区的销售策略和行动计划,负责相关市场活动, 策划和执行区域销售活动,提升艺康品牌形象和产品的临床认可度建立和维护区域内KOL合作关系,提供专业教育、学术支持、优质服务与部门其他同事及时沟通市场情况,互相支持,共同完成部门销售指标

任职要求: 

医学、药学、临床、生物等专业本科以上学历5年以上医疗器材、耗材渠道管理工作经验具备一定的市场分析及判断能力,良好的客户服务意识较强的独立工作能力和社交技巧开拓能力和敬业精神,自我激励能力出色的沟通能力、协调能力和团队合作能力
