The Business Developer will drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and providing strategic sales leadership within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\nDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.\nProvide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members.\nNetworking in the Transportation space.\nRegular cadence with the Offering/ Marketing team.\n

Qualifications:

\n\nProven track record of success in technology sales.\nStrong understanding of Honeywell’s Building Technology products and services.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.\n\n

Skills:
