The Business Developer will drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and providing strategic sales leadership within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
+ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members.
+ Networking in the Transportation space.
+ Regular cadence with the Offering/ Marketing team.
Qualifications:
+ Proven track record of success in technology sales.
+ Strong understanding of Honeywell’s Building Technology products and services.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Skills:
+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
+ Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
+ Proficiency and experience in Airports technologies and business dealings with Airports and associated technologies.
+ Building a sustainable sales pipeline of new Transportation logo’s.
+ Coach and mentor Account Manager to close projects.
