Job DescriptionIdentify new business opportunities in the engineering / automotive sector and develop strategies to expand our client base; (automotive, BUS& Truck, RAIL, Energy sector)Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering innovative solutions;Serve as the primary commercial & technical contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our key clients;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that align with company objectives;Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry developments to stay ahead in the market;Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients;Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall growth and success of the organization.

QualificationsBusiness or Engineering degree;Readiness for frequent business trips;Comprehensive engineering industry knowledge;Experience in other industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, etc.) - as an advantage;Extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management;Strong business and commercial acumen, organizational skills, taking the initiative;Solid understanding of engineering products, services, and market dynamics;A natural self-starter, confident in communication, responsive and a competent negotiator;Strong drive for results, solving challenges, motivated by targets;Ability to develop and challenge customers, solution orientated.
