Job DescriptionBeing responsible for sales in Türkiye (Mediterranean, East) for Bosch Power Tools Accessories and Hand Tools through active development, maintenance and growth of customers.Entrepreneurial sales and profit responsibility (improved price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix)Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards customer.Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing teamSystematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealersGathering  information about competitors and market trendsStaying close to the user to understand their needs and applications and aiming to convert the userGaining and providing user and market insights to the Central Product Area purpose teams for the development of regional products / solutions and to Marketing for communication developmentIncreasing numeric and weighted distributionPromoting and demonstrating Power Tools Accessories and Hand Tools to users
