Three experienced Industrial Business Development Managers Required

Identify and attract new business opportunities in your targeted industry segmentDevelop a deep understanding of your industry segments and their product requirementsDevelop close relationships with the key decision mangers in the target customersAttractive salary + incentive bonus + company vehicle

This role reports to the General Manager – Sales and is an expansion on our current Sales teams. We are seeking an ambitious and results orientated Sales Hunter to join our team. The ideal candidate has industrial experience and  thrives on pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. If you have a proven track record of closing deals and love the thrill of the hunt, we want to hear from you!

What kind of work may be involved?

Collaboration and teamwork will be critical as you work closely with the Regional Sales Managers, Strategic Account Managers to identify targets, secure the business and hand over the relationship to the retention teamsIdentify, prospect, and qualify new leads and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market researchDevelop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsEngage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively present our solutions to drive conversionsCollaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor proposals and pitches that resonate with prospectsNegotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationshipsKeep detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports to managementStay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities

Ideal skills & experience:

Proven experience as a Sales Hunter, Business Development Representative, or similar role with a strong record of meeting/exceeding sales targetsExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a competitive drive and a proactive approachAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
