Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, strategic planning, and execution of business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify New Business Opportunities:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in Hospitals.Generate leads and establish contact with potential Hospitals.Propose & Deploy relevant Partnership Model to potential Hospitals.

Build and Maintain Relationships:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hospital.Understand Hospital needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.Serve as the main point of contact for Hospital communications.

Drive Revenue Growth:

Onboard the Hospitals through Partnership modelsDevelop and execute sales strategies in coordination with sales team to achieve revenue targets.Present business proposals and negotiate contracts with Hospitals.Monitor and report on sales performance.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities.Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to HospitalsProvide regular updates to management on business development activities and results.Prepare and deliver presentations to Doctors and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Ophthalmology / Optical IndustryKnowledge of Geography ( Basis the Job Opening)
